Why recommend engaged or retained search, why not contingent?

Contingent works for some hires which are straightforward. We recruit in a complex, niche sector and believe a considered engaged or retained approach produces best results. A financial commitment upfront allows us to focus on no more than 3 - 4 searches at any one time. It’s exclusive, there’s transparency and we achieve strong results. Contingent works for easy to fill, straightforward hires. We’ll work on contingent assignments if they meet this criteria.

Where can I see what positions you’re recruiting?

We don’t generally advertise our roles as we are searching globally, confidentially for our clients and candidates. On occasion we do post on LinkedIn and are always looking to speak with insolvency, restructuring and forensics professionals.
